Raw meat, a Science?

Russians eat raw meat, YES RAW MEAT, infact humans were made to eat raw meat, a healthy person will not get sick from eating raw meat, or get ecoli, it's pretty hard to get sick and die from it unless you are already unheatly, it's just like eating raw eggs, it's not a big deal, especially if prepared right, back in the day people used to put salt and garlic to preserve and flavor meat for longer, russians do the same thing, we put garlic and salt in a jar with raw meat, then let it sit in the fridge (If it lasts that long) then we eat it, I will be demonstrating this in the coming weeks, need to search for some tasty meat.

And as a monster from level two of Diablo used to say "AHHHH FRESH MEAT".
